Job Title: Business Leader

We are seeking a highly organized and result-driven professional to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Daily Business Operations: Ensure efficiency and productivity by managing and optimizing daily activities.
  • Develop Operational Processes: Create and implement processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead Operational Team: Manage and lead the operational team, ensuring coordination across departments.
  • Monitor Resources: Track and analyze resources to maintain optimal performance.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators: Prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting areas of improvement.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle Client Queries: Respond to client queries and escalate issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management: Design and execute growth strategies with senior management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, CRM, or related software tools.
  • Ability to Multitask: Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
