Operations Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our center, ensuring that we deliver high-quality programs to marginalized communities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Mobilization: Develop strategic partnerships with institutions and government agencies to enable effective mobilization.
  • Enrolment: Supervise enrolment processes to ensure end outcomes in terms of numbers and quality.
  • Training: Own the training process to ensure adherence to processes and achieve high-quality academic results.
  • Placement: Monitor student participation in placement activities and organize drives at the center.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and analyze student progress.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular reports and documentation as required.
  • Culture Building: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to promote our programs and services.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee financial aspects of the center.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Center Administration: Manage the day-to-day administration of the center.

Desired Profile:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • 5 years of experience in the skill development industry, with 3 years in leadership roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience in donor-funded skilling operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and perseverance.
  • Able to counsel students.
  • Inclination towards society and working for marginalized communities.
  • Prior experience as a Center Head in skill development projects is an added advantage.
