Program Service Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Program Service Manager in our organization. As a key member of our South Asia Operational Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the hiring and training of Trip Leaders who lead Senior Americans on our Land tours in South India and Sri Lanka.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train Trip Leaders based on their alignment with our Company Values (core skills and experience take precedence)
  • Develop recruitment and training strategies to ensure that all departures are staffed with high-performing Trip Leaders
  • Lead regular Trip leader meetings and training sessions in an office environment and on-the-road simulations
  • Develop customized training plans for newly appointed Trip Leaders
  • Foster achievement of Regional Excellence Goals through live coaching, ride-alongs, and annual training programs
  • Assign Trip Leaders based on past performance and company requirements
  • Interact regularly with travelers on-site and provide 24/7 emergency support for all Trip Leaders

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management (Travel industry background is advantageous)
  • A strong and engaging leader who is flexible, analytical, creative, independent, and highly organized
  • Extensive knowledge of South India and Sri Lanka
  • Proven ability to motivate individuals while building relationships based on trust, accountability, and mutual respect
  • General administrative skills including proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office- Word & Excel
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and communicate effectively using feedback models
  • Demonstrated success in making strategic decisions and taking calculated risks
  • Excellent verbal and written command of the English language
  • Confidence in Public Speaking and Presentation
