Job Opportunity: Program Growth Expert

We are seeking an experienced program growth professional to lead strategic initiatives and drive business expansion.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies, managing end-to-end program execution, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • A strong background in stakeholder management, hands-on execution, and the ability to balance strategy with operational excellence is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution:
    • Design and implement comprehensive GTM plans for new and existing projects, defining customer personas, market segmentation, and positioning.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive execution.
  • Program Management & Stakeholder Alignment:
    • Oversee end-to-end program execution, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and effective stakeholder communication.
    • Act as a bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, Academics, and Operations teams, driving collaboration and alignment on project goals.
  • Website & Digital Assets Management:
    • Manage the creation, updates, and maintenance of website content and structure, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and user-friendliness.
    • Conduct regular quality checks to refine outreach strategies and enhance user experience.
  • Webinars & Growth Enablement:
    • Plan and execute impactful webinars and events to boost awareness, drive engagement, and convert leads.
    • Track engagement metrics and leverage insights to refine outreach strategies and optimize event impact.
