Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Program Advisor.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with potential students on how our world-class education can help launch them into high-growth careers.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads that have inquired about our programs.
  • Provide personalized information and guidance to interested students via phone and email.
  • Facilitate the enrollment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.
  • Adhere to the inside sales process, tools, and data management processes and workflow.
  • Contribute valuable insights to leadership on call quality and observed trends from student conversations.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of inside sales/consultative selling experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets in international edtech markets.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to make a significant number of calls daily.
  • Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • A growth mindset and ability to implement feedback.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrollment process.
