Training Program Manager

The role of a Training Program Manager is to design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for retail professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in beauty and skincare.

As a key member of the training team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, including decks, playbooks, videos, and quizzes that effectively communicate product science, shade matching, regimen building, and other critical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop curriculum and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Design and deliver train-the-trainer sessions, field coaching, and roadshows to ensure seamless execution of training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including NPD and R&D, to ensure accurate product demos and compliant claims.
  • Manage regional trainers, onboard channel trainers, and oversee external academies and vendors to maintain high-quality training delivery.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in beauty/personal-care retail training.
  • Strong understanding of makeup and skincare, with ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Bilingual in Hindi and English.
  • Confident facilitator and on-camera presenter.
  • Data-driven and proficient in advanced Excel skills.
