Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the operational aspects of events and corporate programs, ensuring seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and team management for MICE events.
  • Lead a team, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client relations to align operational execution with business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, venues, and service providers to secure competitive rates and quality services.
  • Conduct site inspections, assess venues, and ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Monitor operational efficiency, implement process improvements, and drive cost optimization.
  • Oversee compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards during event execution.
  • Handle risk management and contingency planning for event delivery.
  • Prepare operational reports and MIS for senior management and clients.
