Job Title: Assistant General Manager Sales

This position leads a team of Channel Sourcing managers and drives business through various sales activities across the sales spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales promotion strategies for the project.
  • PARTICIPATE IN NEGOTIATIONS AND CLOSE DEALS.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to a distinguished client base.
  • Optimize revenue from high-performing categories and motivate nonperforming ones.
  • Manage extensive client relationships, liaison deals between organizations and clients, and cultivate networks for consistent business leads and repeat business.

Required skills include:

  • Strong leadership skills with at least 2-3 years of experience in managing teams.
  • A successful track record of delivering significant results.
  • Good understanding of consumer behavior.
  • A passion for sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA with at least 4-6 years of experience in sales of a consumer-facing business, preferably from a reputable institution. Experience from a real estate company will be advantageous.
