LogiSpace is a fast-growing commercial real estate brokerage specializing in managed and flexible office spaces across India. We work with leading operators to help clients find the right office solutions.
We are looking for a motivated and energetic associate to join our Mumbai team. This role is a hybrid of sales execution and strategic contribution.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options.
- Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in sales but also wants to play a role in shaping business strategy, marketing direction, and growth initiatives.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi
- Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai for site visits
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
