Job Summary:
- Customer Service Representative
At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, adhering to Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and adhere to quality standards.
- Utilize knowledge base resources to provide root cause assessments to customers.
- Provide bug progress summaries using available tools and platforms.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient typing skills (60-80 WPM)
- Troubleshooting experience with complex issues and SOP documents
- Support experience with methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of ticketing tools and ITIL frameworks
Desirable Skills:
- At least 6 months of experience in infrastructure, storage, and service desk
- Hands-on experience with Google products
- Google Workspace Administrator certification is a plus
