
Customer Success Technical Expert

This role requires a highly skilled technical expert to support the customer success strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing and optimizing Gainsight solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
The technical expert will partner with global Professional Services and Operations teams to drive business outcomes through seamless adoption of Gainsight capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and Administer Gainsight: Set up and manage Gainsight across multiple business units.
- Design Business Processes: Develop and implement business processes, playbooks and workflows in Gainsight to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with Global Teams: Work with global PSO teams to deliver end-to-end Gainsight implementations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage Integration: Integrate Gainsight with other enterprise systems.
- Define KPIs and Dashboards: Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Data teams to define key performance indicators and dashboards that deliver actionable insights.
- Provide Training and Enablement: Train and enable end-users and stakeholders on Gainsight best practices.
