IT Support Specialist Role

Deliver exceptional technical assistance to internal and external clients, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.
  • Monitor and maintain the health and performance of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networks).
  • Handle user requests and incidents via an efficient helpdesk/ticketing system.
  • Administer user accounts, email systems, and security groups within Active Directory/Office 365.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and system access problems.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external providers for IT services and escalations.

 

Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
