**Desktop Support Professional Wanted**

We are seeking an experienced desktop support specialist to fill this role.

This position is responsible for providing first-level technical assistance for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Outlook troubleshooting, proficiency in Windows OS configuration & installation, and working knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Outlook
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows OS and basic software applications
  • Performing system upgrades, patches, and hardware/software installations

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining asset records and ensuring proper documentation of support tasks, and providing remote or onsite support to end-users across departments.

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.

The minimum requirements for this position are:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.Tech, etc.)
  • At least 1.5 years of relevant desktop support experience
