Technical Support Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Support Specialist to deliver high-quality IT support to our users.

The successful candidate will provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and corporate mobile devices, troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10, Office 365, Outlook, VPN, MFA, and remote access, and manage IT assets to ensure users have the tools they need to stay productive.

You will work in a collaborative environment where employees can seek help with various tasks, from fixing laptops to guiding users through new software rollouts.

To excel in this role, you'll need strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication, empathy, and customer service skills. You should also have expertise in Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and desktop/laptop troubleshooting, as well as experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide face-to-face technical support for hardware, software, and corporate mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows 10, Office 365, Outlook, VPN, MFA, and remote access.
  • Manage IT assets, deploy hardware, and ensure that users have the tools and support they need to stay productive.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in Desktop/Help Desk Support for domestic and international users.
  • Any graduate with 15 years of formal education.
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • Experience with Citrix environments, Office 365, and mobile device configuration.
