Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, Windows Server management, Office 365 administration, and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patch management, and performance tuning.
  • Deliver remote support services to clients, resolving issues related to cloud services, server infrastructure, and productivity software.
  • Handle end-to-end migration of applications and infrastructure to the cloud, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Provide expert-level support for Office 365, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Configure and troubleshoot printer setups across various network environments.
  • Implement and troubleshoot networking solutions, including VPN, VLAN, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Administer Active Directory environments, including user/group management, GPO deployment, and DNS configuration.
  • Configure and optimize Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) for secure remote access.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud support and administration is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 administration and Windows Server operating systems.
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory management, networking principles, and protocols.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
