At the forefront of cloud hosting, we are seeking a seasoned Cloud Systems Administrator to join our managed services team.

MGT-Commerce is a pioneering company founded in 2010, specializing in providing optimized cloud hosting solutions for Magento e-commerce shops on Amazon Web Services (AWS). As an AWS Advanced Technology Partner, we deliver expert support to clients worldwide, ensuring seamless performance and security for Magento stores through our tailored technology stack and solutions. With a team of over 40 skilled engineers, MGT-Commerce has served more than 5,000 customers, empowering them to reach their full potential by leveraging the power of AWS cloud hosting and Magento expertise.

We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Systems Administrator with expertise in Linux and AWS to collaborate with our managed hosting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of our clients' systems hosted on our managed hosting platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Linux-based servers hosted on our managed hosting platform.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability for our clients' systems.
  • Configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure to support our managed hosting services.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hosting requirements and provide technical support and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Cloud Systems Administrator in a managed hosting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu) and shell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
  • Familiarity with web hosting control panels is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with clients and team members.
  • AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) is a plus.
