
Senior Customer Retention Representative

This is a contract position with a global technology leader. As a proactive customer service specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, encouraging subscription purchases, and resolving outstanding overages.
- Contact customers to resolve outstanding overages or encourage subscription purchases post-trial expiration.
- Process orders promptly after the customer reaches out and send purchase confirmation via email.
- Maintain detailed records of follow-ups and interactions.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel software, basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, analytical skills, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, experience in customer service, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM systems.

- Analytical skills to track performance metrics and improve processes.
