Strategic Business Solutions Specialist

The Strategic Business Solutions Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities for improvement and developing solutions to meet the needs of clients, users, and management.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to facilitate communication and understanding among stakeholders.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders, including:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business processes and user needs.
The Business Analyst will analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and develop reports, dashboards, and other tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Stakeholder CommunicationThe Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements, and presenting findings, recommendations, and project updates to various stakeholders.
Project ManagementThe Business Analyst will assist in project planning, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
User StoriesThe Business Analyst will prioritize user stories and manage the product backlog, ensuring that all documentation is clear, concise, and aligned with business objectives.
DocumentationThe Business Analyst will develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to serve as a guide for the development team, and ensure that all documentation is clear, concise, and aligned with business objectives.
