We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can review, negotiate, and draft complex contracts, provide advisory support on employment/HR matters, and formulate compliance frameworks.
Your success will be measured by your ability to drive business outcomes, improve client relationships, and enhance our reputation as a trusted partner.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and draft master service agreements, partnership agreements, reseller agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Review and draft vendor contracts, real estate agreements, and technology contracts.
- Provide advisory support on employment/HR matters, including termination letters, settlement agreements, and applicable labor laws.
- Formulate compliance frameworks and manage/tracking client compliance.
- Create and manage trackers for monitoring client requirements.
- Law graduate from a reputed law college (CS qualification is a plus).
- 8-12 years post-qualification experience.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident.
