We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle day-to-day customer inquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
- Follow up with customers on abandoned orders
- Offer product information and guide customers through usage
- Candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM tools is beneficial
- Previous experience in a relevant role or industry is advantageous
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service
- Experience in Technical Support
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience
