Partner Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Partner Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of partner ecosystem, experience in sales operations, partner management, or channel programs, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Maintain and update the list of active certifications
  • Track progress toward certification goals and support team members in achieving requirements
  • Manage and triage help desk requests with Client
  • Coordinate L2 and L3 escalations to ensure timely resolution
Key Responsibilities
  • Certification Management: Maintain and update the list of Launch's active certifications.
  • Help Desk Management: Manage and triage help desk requests with Client.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver accurate, timely reporting on Partner Center metrics such as Azure consumption, certifications, customer adds, CPOR/PAL attach, and other KPIs.
  • Pipeline Identification & Attribution: Identify opportunities eligible for PAL (Partner Admin Link) or POR (Partner of Record) attribution.
