Job Title: Organisational Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Strategic People Operations: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Enhance Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, training, and development programs.
  • Ensure Compliance Excellence: Maintain strict adherence to labour laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Leadership & Teams: Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage Policies & Processes: Develop and maintain compliant HR policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Management and Labour Law compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Expertise in training & development, policy management, and compliance matters.
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus.
  • MBA in Human Resources and Bachelor of Law (LLB) required.
