Job Opportunity: Senior Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs and family offices, identifying opportunities for business growth and development.
  • Investment Advisory & Product Distribution: Provide expert advice on investment products, including mutual funds, alternative investment funds (AIFs), and real estate investment trusts (REITs), within a specific ticket size range.
  • Business Growth & Strategy: Develop and implement business growth strategies, focusing on expanding our wealth management business through new partnerships and revenue streams.
  • Market Positioning & Networking: Represent our organization at industry events, strengthening our brand position and networking with key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7-12 years of experience in wealth management: Managing HNIs and family offices, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong relationships with HNIs and family offices: Developing and maintaining strong relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth and development.
  • Expertise in wealth products: Structured investments, alternative asset classes, and AUM up to ₹50 crores.
  • Proven ability to raise capital: Managing large portfolios, raising capital, and developing business growth strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Interest in running a venture with equity participation and leading teams.
  • Willingness to travel: Attending investor meetings and networking events.
