We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to execute strategic initiatives.
About the RoleThis role is instrumental in identifying and acquiring high net worth clients, building long-term relationships with them through proactive engagement and consultation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth solutions to private banking clients, generating revenue in the process.
Responsibilities:- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to bring in new clients.
- Nurture and manage end-to-end customer relationships, meeting all their banking needs through tailored financial services.
Strong understanding of wealth management products and experience working in the banking and financial domain as a Relationship Manager, Branch Manager, or Regional Head with 10+ years of experience.
A proven track record of building and managing client relationships, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
