Talent Acquisition Lead

The Talent Acquisition Lead plays a pivotal role in strengthening the company's talent acquisition function by building and executing recruitment strategies that align with growth plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic workforce planning, collaborating with leadership to forecast talent needs across functions and geographies.
  • Aligning hiring plans with business growth strategies.
  • End-to-end recruitment management, leading the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and onboarding.

Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong candidate pipelines for niche and critical roles.
  • Conducting ongoing market research and talent mapping for sectors.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure recruitment effectiveness.
  • Managing external recruitment agencies, consultants, and job portals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7-12 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, preferably in D2C, FMCG, retail, or beauty/wellness sectors.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions - marketing, sales, manufacturing, operations, and support.
  • Strong exposure to recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sectors, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
