About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Human Resources Payroll team. The successful candidate will oversee HR systems, manage payroll processing, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Develop and implement efficient HR processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Payroll Processing: Manage the timely and accurate processing of employee salaries, wages, and benefits.
  • Tax and Labour Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, including tax regulations and labour laws.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to optimize costs and minimize risks.
  • People Management: Proactively utilize available resources to support business-as-usual and global HR projects.
  • Audits: Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and leading projects.
  • Proficiency in HRM systems, such as Workday/Oracle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
