Talent Acquisition Coordinator Role Overview

This role is pivotal in overseeing and managing high-volume recruitment initiatives for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Recruitment Account Managers and Managers to support client's recruitment lifecycle.
  • Provide timely updates on contracts, including renewals and terminations.
  • Support HR Managers with the onboarding process of new hires.
  • Develop and maintain effective spreadsheets to track various items such as issue logs, interview logs, job posting logs, candidate logs, action item logs.
  • Attend team meetings and client meetings.
  • Coordinate meetings and reservations for senior management.
  • Ensure Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is up-to-date and functional.
  • Submit candidates through the client portal.
  • Review and track updates published on the client portal.
  • Develop knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening principles.
  • Coordinate background checks and contract renewals.
  • Monitor recruiter performance, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.
  • Assist recruitment directly during high-volume periods.
Qualifications:
  • A University Degree is required.
  • Excellent English oral and written skills, fluency preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities.
