Job Opportunity: Senior Accounting Professional

Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Management and Financial Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and statements for US-based clients.
    • Regularly reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial data.
  • Closing Reports and Financial Compliance
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Tax Compliance and Advisory Services
    • Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns (income tax, sales tax, payroll tax, etc.) in accordance with IRS guidelines.
    • Ensure compliance with US tax regulations, filing deadlines, and reporting requirements.
  • Provide tax planning advice to minimize liabilities while maximizing legal deductions.
  • Review and analyze tax notices and correspondence to assist clients with resolution.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Advisory
    • Support clients with regulatory compliance requirements related to IRS, state agencies, and regulatory bodies.
    • Collaborate in financial audits, tax audits, and related assessments.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced regulatory compliance.
  • Cross-Border Taxation and Advisory
    • Offer guidance on cross-border tax implications for US entities working globally.
    • Provide insights on withholding taxes, foreign investments, and treaty benefits, where applicable.
  • Client Relationship Management and Communication
    • Collaborate with clients and provide regular updates on financial performance and tax obligations.
    • Foster long-term client relationships through timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial and compliance services.
