Remote Financial Planning Specialist

At our boutique advisory firm, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial planning specialist to join our remote team.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an expert in financial advice preparation, client implementation, and strategy development to work with us. As a senior-level paraplanner, you'll be responsible for creating compliant Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Records of Advice (RoAs), conducting detailed financial modeling, legislative research, and product analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare technically sound advice documents using XPLAN.
  • Develop comprehensive financial strategy papers outlining rationale, benefits, risks, and implementation approach.
  • Collaborate with advisors to refine and present strategy documentation during the advice process.
  • Manage full pre-boarding, onboarding, and implementation of client strategies.
  • Communicate with clients and providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all implementation tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in paraplanning or technical financial advice support roles.
  • Strong understanding of Australian financial advice regulations, compliance, and client strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing detailed strategy papers and advice narratives.
  • Advanced working knowledge of XPLAN and GoHighLevel.
  • Excellent written English and technical communication skills.
