Financial Management Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and ensure regulatory adherence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, effective budgeting skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects. They will oversee financial statement preparation and consolidation, develop accurate budgets, conduct cost analysis, and support strategic decision-making through financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial statement preparation and consolidation processes
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis efforts
  • Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Conduct cost and profitability analysis to identify savings opportunities
  • Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and scenario planning
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
  • Ensure timely tax filings, audits, and compliance with relevant laws and standards
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting efforts

Requirements:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
  • 4-5 years of overall experience in financial management and accounting, with experience in educational institutions preferred
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements
  • Previous experience managing audits and tax reporting processes
  • Excellent skills in Excel and ERP/technology tools for fast and accurate MIS
