We're seeking a talented Process Associate – Purchase to Pay to join our vibrant international team at Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited. As a key member of our P2P team, you'll play a crucial role in driving process optimization and digitalization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily team huddles and provide quick solutions to queries.
  • Provide timely responses to customer and internal team queries, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Assist the manager in providing ad-hoc reports on P2P process performance.
  • Coordinate with business teams to close aged cases and ensure zero non-compliance.
  • Act as a liaison between GBS, banks, and EXIM teams.
  • Prepare management summaries for open cases, including reasons and dependencies, and create action plans for closure.
  • Monitor audit findings and drive initiatives to achieve 100% accuracy.
  • Perform root cause analysis for issues and implement necessary controls to prevent recurrence.

Your Success Factors:

  • 1 year of banking experience preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP MM and FICO modules.
  • Strong understanding of P2P (procure to Pay) and inward supply chain processes.
  • Good communication and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to influence and motivate teams for effective performance.
  • Experience with MS-Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Access.
  • Maintain escalation logs and report incidents to supervisors as needed.
  • Flexibility with shift work.
