Job Summary:
Kauvery Hospital seeks a highly skilled and organized Administrative Liaison to provide exceptional support to the Executive Director. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the Executive Director's schedule, confidential information, and correspondence with various departments within the hospital.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining and managing the Executive Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments.
  • Ensuring the Executive Director is aware of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Screening, prioritizing, and managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding where necessary.
  • Drafting and proofreading reports, memos, emails, and other documents for the Executive Director.
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing notes for various meetings led by the Executive Director.
  • Ensuring proper follow-up on action items and facilitating communication between the Executive Director and relevant departments.
  • Arranging travel, accommodations, and logistics for the Executive Director for both local and international trips.
  • Preparing and maintaining expense reports, ensuring compliance with hospital policies.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospital or healthcare sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminologies and hospital administration is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
