Strategic Arbitrage Partnership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Manager & Equity Partner to lead our Dubai-based exempt fund focused on arbitrage strategy. As a 40% equity partner, you will contribute ₹1.2 Crores capital and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the fund's trading strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct day-to-day operations of the fund's arbitrage trading strategy.
- Ensure risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance.
- Interface with auditors, administrators, and regulators.
- Develop investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance.
Candidate Profile:
- Background in Fund Management, Quantitative Finance, or Hedge Fund Operations.
- Strong understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures.
- Proven ability to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to invest personal capital and grow equity value.
