About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans, including territory management, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors. Understand customer needs and preferences, and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
- Product Promotion: Develop and implement effective product promotion and marketing strategies. Organize and participate in sales conferences, product launches, and other promotional activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science, MBA in Sales & Marketing
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful sales teams.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers and team members.

Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
