About the Role

We are seeking an experienced API Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Indian domestic market. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic company and drive growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business development plans to increase sales revenue and market share in India
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers, including regular meetings and product demonstrations
  • Analyzing market opportunities, identifying new customer mappings, and devising promotional strategies to drive sales growth
  • Optimizing commercial performance of existing products in-market and developing plans to expand product offerings

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 8 years of experience in API sales, preferably in the Indian market
  • Familiarity with the Indian pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment
  • Diplomatic and literate communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Good English writing and speaking skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
