Technical Expert for Oracle HCM Systems

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Oracle HCM Cloud systems to fill this key role.

Job Requirements
  • Deliver technical solutions and integrate HCM modules with third-party systems.
  • Provide technical support and enhancements for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions within HCM Cloud modules.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant working with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor processes.
  • Proven expertise in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Proficiency in SQL scripting within Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and optimize integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs and other Oracle integration frameworks.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, HR stakeholders, and business users to gather requirements and provide technical feasibility assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies within HCM Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience integrating HCM Cloud with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and middleware tools.
  • Experience with HCM Cloud data migration and conversions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.

This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional business teams.
