Oracle HCM Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM professional to deliver high-quality solutions in Bangalore, India.

As an Oracle HCM specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring HRIS platforms, including systems related to employee data, benefits, payroll, compensation, and organizational development.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR systems like PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms, including systems related to employee data, benefits, payroll, compensation, and organizational development
  • Oracle HCM implementation experience, preferably large-scale implementations with a focus on configurations
  • At least 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration for global HR or Payroll, with at least 1 full life cycle project delivery experience (hands-on)

You will also have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Knowledge of UK legislation and Payroll will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of creating Payroll Elements, Eligibility Profiles
  • Knowledge of Fusion technical areas like DFF, EFF, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, Data loader
  • Experience working in Agile teams
  • Self-motivated and self-directed abilities to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
