Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join our team in supporting and enhancing Oracle HCM Cloud systems. The consultant will be responsible for delivering technical solutions, integrating HCM modules with third-party systems, and ensuring seamless system performance. This role requires strong technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional business teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support and enhancements for Oracle HCM Cloud applications, ensuring smooth operation and stability.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.

- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL (HCM Data Loader), BI Publisher reports, and OTBI analytics.

- Build and optimize integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, web services, and other Oracle integration frameworks.

- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, HR stakeholders, and business users to gather requirements and provide technical feasibility assessments.

- Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies within HCM Cloud.

- Participate in system upgrades, testing cycles, and deployment of new features.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.

- Continuously explore opportunities to enhance HCM Cloud functionality and recommend best & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant working with Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor processes.

- Proven expertise in HCM Extract, Fast Formulas, HDL, OTBI, and BI Publisher.

- Proficiency in SQL scripting within Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

- Hands-on experience integrating HCM Cloud with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and middleware tools.

- Experience with HCM Cloud data migration and conversions.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work in global teams.
