Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join our team in providing support and enhancements to Oracle HCM Cloud systems. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation, integration, and customization of Oracle HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take technical ownership of Oracle HCM Cloud system upgrades and ongoing support.
  • Develop and maintain technical processes across Core HR, Absence Management, and Time and Labor modules.
  • Utilize
    HCM Extract
    ,
    HDL
    ,
    Fast Formulas
    ,
    OTBI
    , and
    BI Publisher
    for advanced reporting and seamless data integration.
  • Write and optimize SQL scripts on Oracle HCM Cloud to enhance system capabilities.
  • Integrate Oracle HCM Cloud with external systems using
    REST APIs
    and
    Web Services
    .
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and bugs.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective, scalable HCM solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Core HR, Absence Management, and Time and Labor processes.
  • Proven experience with
    HCM Extract

    HDL

    Fast Formulas
    ,
    OTBI
    , and
    BI Publisher
    .
  • Proficiency in
    SQL scripting
    within Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Hands-on experience in integrating HCM Cloud with third-party systems via REST APIs and web services.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience with
    VBICS
    (Visual Builder Cloud Service) extensions is a plus.
