Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the financial industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equity broking and investment products, as well as experience in building relationships with franchisees and independent financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new partners, including franchisees and IFAs, and provide them with training and support to onboard their clients across various product lines.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing partners and help them achieve their sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase partner engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with distributors on joint calls and ensure seamless communication between teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in the equity broking industry.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with franchisees and IFAs.
  • Strong understanding of equity broking and investment products, including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and market trends.
