Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Pranam Recruiters. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance, and providing personalized investment advice and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial objectives and challenges, and providing tailored investment advice and recommendations.
  • Investment Advisory: Offer expert guidance on equity investments, including stocks, mutual funds, and other financial products, and conduct thorough research and analysis to provide clients with informed investment recommendations.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand our client base, including identifying market opportunities, creating marketing campaigns, and participating in promotional activities.
  • Channel Partner Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and engage top channel partners, and monitor and assess their performance, providing support and resources to help them achieve their targets and drive mutual success.
Requirements
  • Background: Bachelor degree in Marketing or Finance, MBA is a plus with minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Sales and Business Development: Ability to drive sales and acquire new clients/accounts, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients effectively, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, client data, and financial statements to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating terms, pricing, and agreements to ensure mutual benefit for the client and the firm.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of Rs. 3,00,000 - 7,50,000 per annum, with a flexible working schedule of 6 days a week, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development, and a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
