Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and maximize value for the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing strategies and business plans, and identify opportunities to optimize product mix and sales volume.
  • Focus on high-value products to drive growth in value and achieve budgeted sales volume and value.

Primary Objectives:

  • Prepare and achieve an annual budget, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions to resolve and prevent customer complaints.
  • Recommend and implement pricing strategies, and compile customer and competitor information to inform business decisions.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to promote synergies and drive business growth.

Team Development:

  • Ensure IDP needs are executed, and develop engagement and motivation initiatives to drive team performance.
