Fund Manager & Equity Partner

We are seeking a skilled Fund Manager to join our team as a 40% Equity Partner in a specialized Arbitrage-focused Exempt Fund.

Job Description

The successful candidate will contribute ₹1.2 Crores capital as a partner-investor and lead fund management strategy & compliance alignment.

The role involves overseeing portfolio execution, risk controls, and auditor reporting, shaping the fund's long-term growth roadmap, and ensuring risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance.

This is not an employee role but a strategic partnership with equity ownership, designed for an individual who can bring both capital and leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Background in Fund Management, Quantitative Finance, or Hedge Fund Operations.
  • Strong understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures.
  • Proven ability to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to invest personal capital and grow equity value.
