Job Title: Business Partner

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to work as a strategic advisor and partner to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that impact business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Interventions: Implement people strategies and organizational design to address current and future business challenges, supporting Xiaomi India's Premiumization, Omni-channel strategy, and Smartphone X AIOT initiatives.
  • Growth Planning and Control Mechanism: Contribute to annual headcount planning and budget exercise, ensuring alignment with the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Talent Management and Succession Planning: Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture: Regularly interact with employees to gauge engagement levels and assess employee needs through formal and informal channels.
  • Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews for all departing employees and provide feedback and insights gained from exit interviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Rewards and Recognition: Coordinate with HODs to design and execute monthly and quarterly rewards and recognition programs.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage HR projects aligned with business objectives, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with a strategic and advisory perspective.
  • Problem-Solving: Results-oriented with a superior ability to execute and creatively solve problems.
  • Communication: Excellent written/verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Educational Background: Postgraduate degree in HR/IR from a recognized management institute.
  • Work Experience: At least 10 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
