
Customer Retention Specialist

Codingal's mission is to provide coding education to every K-12 student and prepare them for the future.
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team in customer retention, renewal, and growth. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in English communication and written skills
- A technical background or experience in Computer Science (preferred)
- Prior experience in Edtech B2C sales (at least 6 months)
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- A results-driven mindset with experience in target-centric roles
- Ability to learn quickly about products and services
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Retaining and renewing student subscriptions
- Engaging and preserving existing customers and cultivating profitable relationships
- Interacting with customers via calls and messages
- Achieving monthly targets in a highly performance-driven environment
- Maintaining feedback from parents and ensuring timely action is taken
