Key Roles and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between our sales operations and drive growth by providing exceptional support. This includes engaging with prospective customers, scheduling calls, drafting emails, and managing follow-ups to nurture client relationships.

Additional key responsibilities include maintaining accurate CRM data, tracking lead generation, reviewing pipelines, and assisting in forecasting and dashboard preparation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with legal teams, monitoring sales campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and interest in AI, SaaS, or health tech is highly valued.
