Job OverviewAs a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by acquiring new customers and developing strong relationships with them.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Calling & Outreach:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from a provided lead database.
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and interest in solar energy solutions.
- Follow up on inbound leads from various channels, including website inquiries, social media, and referrals.
- Initiate conversations to educate customers about Solar Square's products and services.
- Lead Management:
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information, ensuring no lead is left uncontacted.
- Track and monitor lead progress through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Segment leads based on geographical location, customer needs, and solar feasibility.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights on lead quality and market trends.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Utilize appointment scheduling tools to schedule meetings with qualified leads.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately ₹8,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
