Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description:

This role involves providing HR support to teams and employees worldwide. Key responsibilities include preparing employee paperwork, maintaining personnel records, and supporting onboarding and background verification.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations and processes, as well as experience with HR ERP systems such as Workday.

  • Prepare and process employee paperwork for new hires, promotions, transfers, exits, and changes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records in compliance with legal requirements and internal standards.
  • Support the onboarding process, including induction plans and welcome communications.
  • Manage employee documentation requests, including verification letters, references, and visa invitation letters.
  • Report on employee data, such as distribution lists, anniversaries, milestones.

Key qualifications for this role include a degree in Human Resources or a related field, 1-3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or a process-driven role, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Additionally, familiarity with HR ERP systems is highly desirable.
