The Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to achieve monthly hiring targets, enabling regions and branches to succeed. The ideal candidate will manage a pipeline of up to 100 candidates, converting 20+ hires to new starters per month.

  • Achieve personal monthly hiring targets.
  • Enable regions and branches to achieve monthly hiring targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage inbound applicants promptly, ensuring timely communication.
  • Support candidates in gathering documentation and processing high volumes of References, DBSs, and Right to Work checks.
  • Ensure accurate completion of checks, ensuring all new hires are compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate training sessions, liaising with trainers to arrange dates.
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers and Regional Directors on Risk Assessments.
  • Process contracts and complete Carer Sign Off forms.
  • Manage candidate files and Compliance Tracker.
  • Escalate issues to Team Leaders in a timely manner.

System Management:

  • Update Compliance and Daily Trackers in real-time.
  • Use the Applicant Tracking System to record all candidate communication and update statuses in real-time.

Measures of Success:

  • New hires onboarded per week/month.
  • Candidates booked for and attending training sessions.
  • Time to hire from offer acceptance to first solo shift.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or Recruitment administration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organisational skills and prioritization abilities.
