Head of Recruitment

Our team is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our recruitment efforts.

As a hands-on HR leader, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit formalities. This includes developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans, assessing skills for junior positions, designing job descriptions, and building relationships with top architecture and design colleges.

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree required
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in recruitment and talent management
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relationships and network building

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and exit formalities
  • Strategic recruitment planning and execution through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and consultancies
  • Skills assessment for junior positions and job description development
  • Building and maintaining a network with top architecture and design colleges
  • Coordinating campus interviews and selection activities
  • Workforce and manpower planning expertise
  • Policies and policy implementation knowledge
  • Training program development and results assurance
  • Employee annual review procedures and engagement strategies
